Scotland's own Vagrant Real Estate teams up with Illinois rapper Gatson to create a beautiful joint-EP out now on all digital platforms. Vagrant Real Estate continues to be one of the most active and diverse producers in the UK in my option. This EP shows a more mellow and laid-back sound, yet contains a strong impact and impression. With thought provoking lyrics and deep social commentary, the beats are flowed to by ease by Gatson.
